I joined East Coast Fit through the 6 week challenge program. Definitely one of the most rewarding and life changing decisions I’ve made so far. All the coaches are so welcoming and supportive, as well as the other members in the community. The workouts are CHALLENGING, but the staff is always there for any questions you have for a certain movement or exercise and to help you keep pushing through the workouts. The nutrition aspect of the program has been extremely helpful and has been a huge factor on my overall success and weight loss journey. Would recommend anyone to join this group to start their fitness journey.

If I could rate this gym 6 stars out of 5, I would. This gym, and really community, has changed my life and finding this place is one of the best things that has ever happened. It has made me fall in love with fitness for so many reasons. The coaches are amazing and so supportive. I was so skeptical about joining a new gym, nonetheless a CrossFit gym, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made and I can't recommend it enough.

I joined this gym through the 6-week challenge. The challenge promotes losing weight, building muscle, and overall improvement of health and well-being. This is not just a gym it is a community. I've made friends through this process and learned a whole lot about what I can accomplish. There is also a nutrition component that has helped me shed the pounds. I joined the gym in June of 2024 and I'm down a little over 40 pounds. I still have a ways to go but I know that I'll get there. The workouts are challenging for sure but the coaches and community push you through. Also, there are always ways to modified a workout if necessary. The coaches will push you towards your personal limits but they aren't expecting you to be lifting huge amounts of weights on day one. Join now!!!!!! You won't regret it!

What an amazing community! I am truly grateful for ECFIT. I joined the gym back in March 2023, and my life has changed for the better in many ways. To start, the coaches are pretty amazing. They genuinely care and take interest in your wellbeing. And I'm not sure how they do it but they attract the best of the best athletes and gym-goers. Everyone encourages one another to do their best. And let's not forget the many challenges and activities they promote/host. Their initial 6-week program, generally offered when signing up, offers a fresh start at a 'new you' literally. Within my initial 7 weeks, I lost 6% body fat! That's incredible. And gained that amount in muscle 💪. I seriously can't say enough. I hope you consider joining.

This is the best gym/community I’ve been a part of hands down! I joined ECFit looking for a change to my life and health. I sat with Sam who went over the challenge with me and how much it would cost and what goals I had to hit in 6 weeks. Knowing I wanted a change and also with my own money on the line driving me, I put my head down and worked my butt off for 6 weeks. I hit my goal and I could’ve left but I was sucked into that community of wonderful, everyday joes just living their best lives! The people and the coaches are amazing and want you to succeed in every way. Nothing beats the life long friendships I’ve made here!
